Fengsheng (a group voice social platform operated by Beijing Qiankun Matrix Technology Co., Ltd.) is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all users, including minors. We explicitly declare a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero-Tolerance Statement
No one is permitted to create, upload, transmit, solicit, or store any CSAE content on Fengsheng. Such content, once discovered, is removed immediately, the related account is permanently banned, and the matter is reported to law enforcement in accordance with applicable law.
Scope
This policy applies to all content and behavior on the platform, including but not limited to: text messages, direct messages, groups, images, videos, voice messages, voice channels, nicknames and avatars, user profiles, and any other user-generated content.
Prevention Measures
We prevent and reduce child sexual exploitation content through the following mechanisms: • Age requirement: Users must be at least 16 years old to register and use Fengsheng; users under 18 must use the service with parental consent and supervision; • Verified registration: Registration (phone/email) is verified, complemented by a real-name mechanism; • Content filtering: Cloud-based keyword filtering and automated moderation intercept prohibited content; • Reporting system: In-app reporting with a dedicated "Minor Safety" category; • Minor protection: A Teenager Mode restricts content and features accessible to minors.
How to Report
Anyone who discovers suspected child sexual exploitation content may report it through either of the following: • In-app reporting: Tap the "Report" button on any message, user profile, or group page, and select the appropriate category (including "Minor Safety"); • Email reporting: Send an email to zhouwenjian@qiankunjuzhen.com, including screenshots, location, and time of the content when possible. All reports are kept strictly confidential and used solely to address the report.
Response and Action
We commit to: • Responding to and processing all reports within 24 hours; • Removing confirmed prohibited content immediately and taking action against offending accounts, including warnings, mutes, or bans; • Reporting potentially criminal child sexual exploitation to law enforcement and cooperating with investigations as required by law.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement. Confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and related accounts are reported to the competent authorities — in mainland China, the National Internet Reporting Centre for illegal and harmful information (12377) and the public security authorities, and, where a jurisdiction requires it, the corresponding national reporting body such as NCMEC. Records related to serious violations are retained as required by law.

零容忍声明
禁止任何人利用烽声平台创作、上传、传播、索取或存储任何涉及儿童性虐待和性剥削（CSAE）的内容。此类内容一经发现，将被立即移除，相关账号将被永久封禁，并依法上报执法机关。
适用范围
本政策适用于平台上的所有内容与行为，包括但不限于：文字消息、私信、群组、图片、视频、语音消息、语音频道、昵称与头像、用户资料及任何其他用户生成内容。
预防措施
我们通过以下机制预防和减少儿童性剥削内容： • 年龄门槛：用户必须年满16周岁才能注册和使用烽声，未满18周岁的用户需在监护人同意和监督下使用； • 注册审核：注册信息（手机号/邮箱）需验证，配合后置实名机制； • 内容过滤：云端关键词过滤和机器审核自动拦截违规内容； • 举报系统：应用内提供举报功能，包含「未成年人安全」举报类别； • 未成年人保护：提供青少年模式，限制未成年人可接触的内容和功能。
举报途径
任何人发现疑似儿童性剥削内容，可通过以下任一方式举报： • 应用内举报：在消息、用户资料或群组页面点击「举报」按钮，选择相应类别（包含「未成年人安全」）； • 邮件举报：发送邮件至 zhouwenjian@qiankunjuzhen.com，邮件中请尽量提供内容截图、所在位置和举报时间。 所有举报信息严格保密，仅用于处理举报事宜。
响应与处置
我们承诺： • 所有举报在24小时内响应并开始处理； • 对确认的违规内容立即移除，对违规账号采取警告、禁言、封禁等处置； • 对可能构成犯罪的儿童性剥削行为，依法向执法机关报告并配合调查。
与执法机构合作
我们遵守适用的儿童安全法律，并配合执法机关依法提出的调查请求。对经确认的儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）及相关账号，我们向主管机关举报——在中国内地为中央网信办违法和不良信息举报中心（12377）与公安机关；在法律有此要求的司法管辖区，向当地对应的国家级举报机构（如 NCMEC）举报。与严重违法内容相关的记录依法保存。
